WRC 2012 - Rally Portugal

In March each year, the normally quiet destination of Algarve Stadium is transformed into the location of an annual car rally. This popular event involves drivers racing across 1000km on an exciting and technically challenging track. This event has been running since the 1970`s in this area and many of the world's most famous rally drivers have raced here. Although it has previously been run on all kinds of terrain, it is now raced entirely on a gravel track, which makes it an exciting event to watch.
